All cosmetic products are cruelty free and vegan.
What are the palettes made from?
Palettes are constructed from cardboard, chipboard, and resin. All palettes have a magnetic closure and base for easy customization.
Are the glitters biodegradable?
Per manufacturer and vendor guidelines, all glitters are eco friendly but are not biodegradable.
How long will my order take?
Glitters and lashes are ready to ship items.
All palettes are made to order and can take 3-6 weeks.
Custom designs for palettes can take 3-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and materials.
What are the lashes made of?
All lashes are made from synthetic fiber in order to maintain a vegan status.
I received tracking but there's no movement, what's going on?

how much do custom palettes cost?
There is a base fee for design consultation and creation of $40, then any additional materials and art sources can impact pricing. See the customs page to get an idea of possible cost or contact for more direct pricing.
I am disatisfied with my order & want to be refunded.
Once product has been shipped, it will not be refunded unless there are extenuating circumstances and will be decided on a case by case basis for a resolution.

Depending on the weight difference between orders, there are times where orders can have combined shipping and other times where additional shipping will have to be added.
What if I'm working with a tight budget and want a custom?
I can work with any budget constraints you may have. If there is a budget you would like to remain under, please advise at the beginning on your inquiry.
I ordered a custom palette and want to make changes.
After the original design has been approved and paid for, any changes will require an additional $35 design change fee. Once an order is in physical production, it cannot be altered.
How many times can I reuse the lashes?
Lash stability and reuse does vary on the original manufacturer or vendor guidelines. Typically most dense lashes can last up to 20 wears before disintegrating. I personally soak the last band with micellar water to soften old residual glue and then remove with tweezers and then air dry.
what is the largest palette you can make?
The largest palette made to date was 12X12" and held over 100 26mm eyeshadow pans. I have the capacity to create a size up to 12X24".
what kind of mediums can you incorporate into a palette design?
Custom designs really push the creativity opportunities and can go from 2D designs to 3D with lots of different textures. See the Customs page for more examples materials available.
what impacts custom orders the most in pricing?
Besides the base fee, the most impactful to custom work is the amount of design work or size of palette. For example, a one solid color 40 pan palette could cost around the same as a complex design for a 8 pan palette.
Are there any PR opportunities or affiliate codes?
I currently do not have a PR or Affiliate program. Any offer of free product to try or test is provided on a case by case basis. Any content requests will be paid for prior to use.

what is your standing on diversity and representation of all in the beauty/ cosmetics industry?
I believe that all should feel equally represented and am working to provide as much diversity as possible while I'm still growing as a brand owner. It is of the utmost importance to me that no one should feel excluded based on their background, physical appearance, gender, ability, etc.
how do you limit your carbon footprint?
Most items I use in palette construction are recyclable materials so any scraps I cannot repurpose are immediately disposed of accordingly based on my local guidelines. I try to reuse as many packing materials as possible from my own personal and local businesses consumption. Please be sure to take charge of your own opportunities to recycle in your local community.
How long have you been in business and where are you located?
The brand was officially launched in June 2021 and operates out of Euless, TX.
I have alergen concerns when it comes to cosmetic products.
I currently offer gluten free products when it comes to my LIQ’ LIFE formula but both formulas do contain aloe. I do have the option to expand to aloe free formulas should you require it.
My glitters have dried out, how can i fix them?
All my glitter product gel base is from my LIQ’ LIFE formulas (original or gluten free) and can be added to any dried glitter gel to renew it. It is one of my favorite ways to use LIQ’ LIFE. I would suggest to start with a small pea sized amount first and mix from there until you have the desired consistency.
